About Time: Halloween

I suppose I had better get Halloween blogged about before Thanksgiving comes around.

Halloween actually started the weekend before Halloween day with a ward trunk-or-treat party.

This year, we were graced with the presence of Napoleon Dynamite, Buzz Light Year, the Green Power Ranger and Hermione Granger from Harry Potter.

Aubrey's friend dressed up like Belatrix - so they had a witch stand-off.

Trunk-or-treat is about to begin.

HALLOWEEN NIGHT:
For the actual day of Halloween, Aubrey went over to her friend's house for a Harry Potter Nerd Party.  They are both too old to be trick-or-treating now, so they came up with their own plans.   She had a great time.

As for the rest of our kids, we got together with my nieces and nephews and decided to raid the neighborhood together.   Two of our boys changed costumes this time: Ronin went as a police officer and Connor was Harry Potter.

Connor's friend, McCade, joined us too.

Jed and my brother, Cory.

There was a beautiful sunset that night:

Kids made a haul that night.  The older kids ran around knocking doors for about three-four hours.  Whew!  Candy high all around.
